Darromar
Far to the south the new capital city of Tethyr and the home of Queen Zaranda,
Darromar. A city of grace and elegance that has only hints of the darker side
of life. Justice for most of Tethyr is adminstrated from Darromar and many
of the leaders of Tethyr have pledged their fealty to Queen Zaranda. The
Queen herself is a woman of grace and learning that is said to have a fondness
for music and the arts.
