Syntax: cast 'destruction' target
This spell instantly slays the subject and consumes its remains (but not
its equipment and possessions) utterly. If the target's saving throw succeeds,
it instead takes damage.
Note that this spell will only affect creatures below a given level (that
level depends on the caster's level).
