Dictum

Evocation [Lawful, Sonic]
Range: Area
Target: Offensive
Syntax: cast dictum

By uttering a word of dictum, you bring the wrath of your deity upon those
of non-lawful alignment. Affected creatures can be weakened, dazed, paralyzed,
or even killed, depending on the creatures level in relation to the caster's.

Note: This spell can only be cast by a lawful (good/neutral/evil) spellcaster.
