The Disciples of Phelthong
The Disciples of Phelthong are the most mysterious guild in all of Ched
Nasad. Dedicated to the art of Necromancy, almost nothing is known to
outsiders of their activities other than the fact that they account for
an immense proportion of the slaves brought into the city. Their services
are available for purchase, but they do not even respond to requests for
a meeting from any but the twelve greatest houses... and even then many
among those ranks can not afford their asking prices. Most mysterious of
all, their compound is open to all who would risk entering. Those who
have entered claim that nothing but the austere male Drow in their bright
green robes is even visible, though the feeling of oppression that comes
of being surrounded by a mass of living creatures in inaudible torment.
