Syntax: cast disease <target>
This spell enables one to inflict a horrific disease upon the
target. This disease may be transmitted between characters that come
in contact with the infected character, or even by handling objects
the infected character has come into contact with.
The spell Cure Disease can alleviate the illness of the suffering
character.

This spell cannot be cast by an illusionist
This spell cannot be cast by a transmuter
