Target: Defensive
Syntax: cast 'dispel magic' <target>
This spell dispels magical affects on a character, whether they be
beneficial or baneful. If multiple effects are on a single target,
only a limited number of effects are cancelled with a single casting of
the spell.
A similar spell, Break Enchantment, will remove only the harmful effects
affecting a character
This spell cannot be cast by a transmuter
