Dwarves - Physical Description
Dwarves stand four to four and a half feet tall, yet they are so physically
compact that their weight normally ranges near that of humans who are feet
taller. Dwarven men are slightly taller and noticeably heavier than women of
their race. Their skin typically has a deep tan to light brown cast, their
eyes tend to be dark in hue, and their hair varies in shade from black to
gray to brown. Dwarven men tend to wear their hair long and also value their
beards highly and groom them very carefully, though they otherwise favor
simple styles for hair, beards, and clothes. Dwarves are considered adults at
fifty years of age and have an average life expectancy of four hundred years.
