Upon the casting of this spell, you literally begin stripping the flesh off
of a living creature, as if peeling an onion. The target creature suffers
unbearable pain and psychological trauma. The target suffers hitpoint damage,
as well as temporary Constitution and Charisma damage.
Good-aligned casters should stay away from this clearly evil spell.
This spell cannot be cast by an abjurer
