Syntax: fletch <wood> <bow/crossbow type>
Fletching is the art of crafting arrows and bolts, basically attaching
feathers and an arrowhead to a notched shaft that will fly true. In order to
learn this trade, a PC must find and complete a quest; it is not learned with
the train command, but only through one of these quests.
You must specify the type of bow/cross bow your arrow will fit.
Possible types include: long bow, short bow, composite bow,
light crossbow, heavy crossbow.
