Haggle is a skill that rogues excel in. It allows a character to bargain with
a shopkeeper in order to get a lower price on a item to be bought or a higher
price on that to be sold. This skill is used automatically once it is
trained.
Haggle is only trainable by rogues, thieves, and bards. However, all
characters have a small chance to haggle any time an item is bought or sold.
