Syntax: cast 'levitate' <target>
This spell enables the target character to levitate. It makes a character
float slowly to the ground when falling in the air, and allows you to move
over water and through the air.
* The 'land' command will end a levitate spell.
* After landing, the levitate spell can not be resumed with 'fly'.
This spell cannot be cast by an abjurer
