Militia feat
You served in a local militia, training with weapons suitable for the
battlefield.
You get a martial weapon proficiency in bows. If your hometown is Shadowdale
you also are proficient in polearms.
* You must be from Shadowdale or Ballabel to train this feat.
* This feat must be trained whilst level 1-4.
