Necromancy Range: Touch Target: Offensive Syntax: cast 'mass cause moderate'
This spell can be used in two ways. Either, by specifying a target, it can act by giving the negative effects to just one person or it can (if the caster does not specify a target) affect everyone the caster is not grouped with.
