Orb of Cold

Conjuration (Creation) [Cold]
Target: Offensive
Syntax: cast 'orb of cold' <target>

An orb of cold shoots from your palm at the target, dealing cold damage on
a successful ranged touch attack. A creature struck by the orb also becomes
blinded by the shards when it bursts unless a save is made.
 
This spell cannot be cast by an invoker
