Otell
Syntax: otell <target> <comment> oreply <comment>
Otell works like the tell command. It is just between you and the player that
you direct the otell to. You can oreply to someone to save some typing. Note
that oreply will go to the last person to send you an otell. Please remember
the game is not a chat room and excessive use of otell is frowned upon.
Please remember sharing IC info via OTELL is against the game rules and may
come with consequences.
