Osay
Syntax: osay <comment>
Osay echos to all the characters in a room with you like say does.
When you have to step out of character then you should use osay instead
of normal say. The use of osay should be kept to a minimum as it distracts
from roleplay. If you really only need to be out of character with one
person in a room of many then use otell instead.
