Parry
Syntax: Automatic
This skill reflects your ability to ward off incoming attacks with your own
weapon. If you successfully parry an attack, you take no damage from it.
A PC with this skill will roll against that expertise each combat round. If
they succeed, they will receive an additional bonus to their AC against that
attack. This will not be reflected in your defense score, but if it makes a
critical difference, causing your opponent to catch your weapon rather than
your flesh, the game will indicate that to you.
* Both you and your opponent must be wielding a weapon for this skill to
operate.
