Syntax: cast 'phantasmal killer' <target>
Phantasmal killer creates an illusion in the victims mind of their
worst nightmare, the victims mind overloads with fear causes death
if the victim does not defeat the illusion by seeing it for what it
truly is, an illusion.
Note that the more powerful creatures and characters will always see
through your illusions and, at best, will only take slight damage from
this spell.
This spell cannot be cast by a necromancer
