Syntax: cast poison <target>
Calling upon the venomous powers of natural predators, you infect the subject
with a horrible poison by making a successful melee touch attack. The poison
immediately causes temporary damage to the victim's constitution (resulting in
a loss of the victim's hit points). It also impacts the victim's mental state and
reduces their rates of health and stamina recovery.
