Rat Hill
This once barren beach has been the dumping place of refuse,
trash, and other waste in Waterdeep for years. It was once a
busy drydock for ships in the city's younger days but it was
deemed too risky because it could have been a landing for an
enemy invasion.
The hovels and mounds of trash in Rat Hill have, through the
years, become a refuge for monsters and nuisances. The city
watch of Waterdeep now encourages young adventures to go and
fight these in a mutually beneficial arrangement.
This area is designed for low level adventurers in Waterdeep
and provides quests and training.
