This spell allows you to readily read and understand magical inscriptions.
* Without this spell in operation, you still have a chance to decipher
magical inscriptions, based on your skill with spellcraft, but it will not be
easy. You get one try at this approach with each unidentified scroll.
* To employ the ability granted by this spell, 'examine' an object with magical
inscriptions upon it, such as a scroll.
