Sable Silare, Shadowdancer of Mask
There is much said about Sable Silare but how much of it is fact and how much
is fiction is hard to say. She calls herself the Captain of the Fool's Quest,
a two-masted light cutter. She lays claim to the names Lady Trouble and the
Mistress of the Next Lucky Bet, but few know where these names actually come
from. That she is from Westgate is not a fact in doubt. That she is a
half-elf is also something not disputed. That she is a thief is rather widely
assumed, but facts are very thin about her. The most outrageous rumour that
circulates comes from Westgate itself, that Captain Sable Silare is actually
Lady Lenore Malahvan, the only living child of the current Lord Malavhan's
deceased youngest brother...
