School of Wonder
The School of Wonder is one of the most famous wizards schools of the Realms.
It has been created by the Church of Mystra, the Goddess of Magic, near
Waterdeep. It has been named after another school of magic that was built in
Amn a few centuries ago and destroyed either by bandits or by extraplanar
beings summoned by foolhardy students. This School provides basic training to
all wizards and many advanced guilds consider this as a prerequisite before
they allow people to join their ranks.
The School of Wonder may be safely reached by visiting Amphail.
