Syntax: cast 'scintillating pattern'
A twisting pattern of discordant, coruscating colors weaves through the air,
affecting creatures within it. The spell affects each subject according to
its Hit Dice, either confusing, stunning, and/or rendering unconcious.
The spell affects all creatures that are not grouped with the caster.
This spell cannot be cast by a necromancer.
