Shrine of Sehanine Moonbow

Found deep within the Ardeep Forest this shrine is dedicated to Sehanine
Moonbow, the elven goddess of the moon, stars, moon elves and death.  Many 
elves come to this shrine to pay homage to the goddess, and many of the elves
within the small elven community living here and protecting the shrine happily
teach young rangers the ways of the wilds.
