Necromancy [Death]
Range: Touch
Target: Noncombat
Syntax: c 'slay living' <target>
 
You can slay any one living creature. You must succeed on a melee touch
attack to touch the subject, and he can avoid death with a successful
save. Those who save take damage.

The more powerful creatures and characters are immune to this spell, but
might still take damage from it.
