Syntax: Spellbook [spellname]
By using the spellbook command, a player may determine the components used
in spells that a character has learned. Bards and Wizards must have their
spellbook on them in order to do this. Priests and Warriors do not however.
A wizard and bard must have a spellbook in inventory when they a learning a new
spell. A wizard must also be holding a spellbook when memorising a spell.
