Syntax: surrender
Surrender can be used when fighting a PC or a spec_guard.
This command stops the fight, and forces you to drop your weapons.
You cannot move, or initiate a kill for a time after using this command.
Surrendering to a guard will act as config +surrender and you will
be jailed or have whatever sentence is determined carried out after you
have surrendered.
