Thrusting blades

Thrusting blades are long pointed blades that are used for thrusting.
They are used mostly by warriors.  Thrusting blades include:

   foil           rapier	     short sword
   siangham*
 
* A character wielding this weapon without also having the 'exotic weapon
proficiency' appropriate to this particular weapon will be considered
unskilled with it.
