Target: Offensive
Syntax:  cast 'touch of justice' <target>
 
This spell heals or harms the target depending on its alignment.  The higher
the alignment above neutral, the more it will heal, and the lower the
alignment below neutral, the more it will hurt.
 
* Neutral creatures may take no damage whatsoever.
