Online Help

A veteran builder is one who has completed at least one area
that has been added to the game port.
 
Veteran builders should follow all of the steps outlined for
new builders, but should already have access to the  Builder
Council Forums and the test port.  Veteran builders have the
ability to build on-line using the OLC system (where you are
able to edit using commands on the test port), but it is not
required.
