Syntax: cast 'waves of exhaustion'
Waves of negative energy cause all living creatures in the spell's area
to become exhausted, effectively decreasing their strength, dexterity and
resistance to sleep. This spell has no effect on a creature that is
already exhausted.
This spell cannot be cast by an illusionist
This spell cannot be cast by a transmuter
