Syntax: cast 'waves of fatigue'

Waves of negative energy render all living creatures in the spell's area
fatigued, effectively decreasing their strength, constitution, and resistance
to sleep. This spell has no effect on a creature that is already fatigued.
 
This spell cannot be cast by an illusionist
This spell cannot be cast by a transmuter
