Weapon Proficiency Feat
Syntax: train 'weapon proficiency' <weapon type>
This feat allows you to learn a weapon skill outside of your class/guild.
* The trainer must be able to teach the <weapon type> you want as well as the
weapon proficiency feat. Trainers offering the weapon proficiency feat will
also show all of the weapons they can train in their training list. Your
choices, with that trainer, are limited to those specific weapon types. When
you train the feat, you will also train the weapon. However, you can not
train in that weapon further except by practice with it.
* Do not put quotes around <weapon type>, even if it is two words
* The weapon type must be specified in all lowercase letters
