Westgate Carnival

Located in the southern end of Westgate is a camp of gypsies 
that run a small carnival for the amusement of those that visit 
the Dragon Coast. Shopping is prime in this location, but there 
have been recent issues that have plagued those that live in 
this bright and merry camp.
