Halls of Justice, Temple of Tyr

The Halls of Justice is the Temple of Tyr in Waterdeep. Within
its walls young squires undertake training in the hope that one day
they may become paladins of their faith.  The Halls of Justice not
only train paladins of the faith of Tyr but others of allied faiths.
