Herbalism

Herbalism is the skill of taking herbs and processing them into a
useful salve or applying them to food and drink. In order to learn 
how to use herbs a PC will need to do a quest to learn the skill.
The skill is not learned with the train command but only by quest. 

Syntax: construct salve <herbobject>
