Keen
Keen is a special property of certain magical weapons. The magic of the
weapon makes the edge exceptionally keen, improving its effectiveness in
dealing telling blows.
Keen doubles the threat range of a weapon with this ability. For example,
from 20 to 19-20 or from 19-20 to 17-20.
* Only a slashing or piercing weapon can be keen.
* This ability does NOT stack with anything else that expands the threat
range of a weapon, such as the Improved Critical feat.
