Masterwork items can be crafted by master tradesmen, provided they have
outstanding raw materials to work with.
* You must be at least a master in the primary craft required for the item.
* Your primary raw material must be of at least outstanding quality.
* Masterwork armour operates as normal armour, save that its armour
penalty is reduced by one.
* Masterwork weapons operate as normal weapons, save that they gain
a +1 to hit (enhancement) bonus.
* You must have your trade stamp in your inventory when you begin
to craft your item.
