Two-weapon Fighting Feat
Syntax: Automatic
Prerequisites: Journeyman in Dual Wield skill and 15 Dexterity
You've established yourself as a skilled combatant while choosing to wield a
weapon in each hand. Once this feat is taken, the penalty to hit with your
primary hand is reduced by two, while the penalty to hit with your off
hand is reduced by six.
