Re: Spell Skill Revision Suggestion
When i first started here i didnt like skill levels at all. But i suppose its because i came from a 2nd edition dnd mud ruleset. Where it was very hard to lvl, but once you lvled and learned the skill/spell it was a done deal. That being said i see both systems as working properly for there various ...
Age?
Just wondering, how does age work here? Is there any hardcoded things involving age? Or is it mostly for rp purposes? On a side note, what about charicters that where created a long time ago but havnt been active? They would have "aged" right? Or do we do specifically hour based age system?

Re: Limitations of current Drow RP. a disccusion
Alright, my little two cent about opening it up.....why not make it open but basically impossible to pass? As noted before the drow dont have access to the same spells and/or components. Perhaps make the only passageway a complete warzone, shrug, just an idea. I know players here are resoureful but ...

Re: Know Alignment: Not Fair?
I personally despite the know allingment spell, for a while number of reasons, mostly the fact that it just BUTCHERS RP for anyone that evil and anywhere near waterdeep. I usally play charicters that are pretty easy to tell there evil without the spell, i mean, if you have demon horns, or tatoos of ...

Re: Accumulated Kismet vs. Kismet Cost: Rogues
I just recently ran into this exact problem. I made Icerion and he was a stout 700 kismet, and i made a drow rouge, i think that cost me 200. I kinda just wanted to see what menzo looked like and such and havnt played the drow really. I never really super intended the drow but im keeping him in case...

My style of music varies somewhat charicter to charicter, but my music range is fairly open so it works. Urival (and my old charicter karnok) evil fighters of Talos, obviously visten to non stop slayer. Inarrick mostly listens to rap as mages are slower and i need something to keep the pace up (old ...

Though the spell to detect evil/alingment is not a dirrectly an offensive spell, Im sure evil charicters would find this agenst the law. I think the spells sould be limited in its usage in towns though as it could be considered and offensive spell. Personally I think making these spells in city offe...
