Re: Builder resources
That does help a lot. I got on the 4shared website and it did require an account. I'll look into it more at a later date.

Builder resources
I don't know if this has been asked before. It has been a while since I have been on the game. I no longer have any of my old source books, neither hard copy or electronic. If anyone has any source books, especially 2nd edition campaign setting, I would appreciate it.

I understand Dalvyn's point of view about the situation. But, to act like I give nothing to the game but complaints is a little rude in my opinion. That was a one time thing. I do not complain about the game very often. However, I do contribute to the game what I can, both ICly and OOCly. I have bui...

First of all, I know there are some perhaps malicious things that people say in the IRC. However, that was not the case in this instance. If you wish to talk about maturity, would it not have been more mature to speak directly to me OOCly, rather than finger me in a post about this? I meant nothing ...

I was not whining about the RP itself. I am allowed my opinion. That opinion was kept quiet and in a private channel because I wanted it to remain that way. I am honestly tired of things that people say in a private channel being posted about on these forums. We talk in there about things that we do...

I think I understand what you are asking. What I would do is make a quest bit check and if they meet the requirements, load the mob into the room. Upon death of the mob, have a death prog to set the quest bit on the PC up one each time. Thay way, the orcs will not repop in the room at refresh or whe...

I agree with Raona. If it is perhaps an enquirer or hopeful, then I think that would not be so bad. But, once a God has accepted you into the faith, He/She is not going to be very happy if you decide to leave. That Deity would either kill you, make you a lot weaker, or perhaps even ignore you comepl...

I would have to go against Thiellik on this one as well. Although I sort of understand what he is saying, I cannot agree with it. I believe he means that they aren't real people, just code in a game, so what does it matter if they die. Personally, my main character has somewhere around 1500-1600 hou...

Balek is correct. The IMMs do prefer a good in depth quest to learn about a specific faith in many of the temples. However, there are still quite a few temples that need those quests added to them. Like Ellian and Balek said. Write a quest for the faith you want there to be one for. Do not just come...

You cannot take away the ability to be raised by a mob in the game for the simple fact that there are not always priests on at the time someone needs to be raised. As far as losing one point for a resurrection/being raised in constitution. I am wholely against that. I know from experience that you d...

As far as this goes, what I do is I have a text document I use. Whenever I trigger a quest, I copy and paste the entire conversation with the mob into the text file. That way I can look back at it and find out what I need to do. The quest log still needs a little bit of work on some of the older que...

I have to agree with Kregor and Argentia. I have never been stripped of a stat or really any other major IC punishment other than being killed, but if I were, I would go with it, until it seemed like it didn't matter what I did. Once it looks like there's no way for you to get the punishment lifted,...

Well, personally, I would think high-ranking people in a faith would be well-known. So, someone enquiring in a faith would know who to seek out to get on the path to being faithed. I don't really see a problem with people seeing everyone on the faith list, even enquires. Really if you're a faith man...

Poses don't help when the person is in a different room. That is what they are saying. When you look to a different room, it shows the character's adjective reguardless of their pose, unless they are hidden. I think this is a good idea. I have been guilty of this before, because I just say the adjec...
