My test results on this are in Bugzilla (814). Doesn't look like it's changed any since that report. I moved this back to "Confirmed".

You're not going crazy, Athglor! There were (are) some bugs with memming domain spells which are fixed now or still being worked on. You can find details here. Feel free to comment on that thread if you find something you think is still a problem.

Two of these bugs have become "unfixed" allowing you to mem too many domain spells and having them go in the wrong slot. Now entered in Bugzilla (906) and (742) respectively. You should only be able to mem one domain spell per level. Bypassing this should be considered code abuse. Thanks a...

Yes, they survive reboots. Usually also crashes, but not always (depends on the crash).

Cret is right. Many, many years ago the decay was longer. I believe it currently averages under 24 RL hours and has been this way for years. Personally, I favour lengthening the decay. Corpse recovery is sometimes quick, but if in a difficult location or other problems, it would be nice to have some...

We've already had some testing on this per testing a problem with paladin abilities not recharging properly. Might check the guild setting as well, Tavik?

I would add that you can place mistletoe or other items which you do not wish to be used in this manner in a non-spell container.

We've been racking our brains to find a coded way to fix this, because of the difference between how the mud calculates combat distance compared to D20/3ed. Three separate bugs with mem spells were fixed under 742/801. I think everything is now working correctly. I hope.
