I'd only have guesses as to why it was denied. The word Euro is a pretty common RL prefix on events or people Gnana - the way I'm pronouncing it in my head it sounds a lot like Ghana...which is another place in real life, not to mention it looks as close as you can get without it being Ghana. Amerex...

I agree. I don't see a reason why those two concepts are mutually exclusive. Obviously an evil parading his evil in a murderous spree while decked out as a paladin, is a faith knightmare (hahhah) - the payoff of a good wearing an evil's symbol is much more dynamic...most evil deities don't revel in ...

Generally I believe the only acceptable grounds for someone wearing a faith item outside of a faith are if the Faith manager or High priest allows it. Anything else would involve faithful getting icly angry and looking for ways to reclaim said items either through negotiation, threats, bribery or v...

If it's within your pantheon (even if it's not, it just makes a whole lot less sense), i see no reason to restrict what a character wears. There are 40 plus deities, not including demigods, in the faerunian (human) pantheon. Any human, spare the most devout of diametrically opposed faiths, are entir...

In -722 orcs and drow played off each other in attacking the elves of Yrlaphon (opportunity alliance) During the ridiculously long cormanthor battles the drow of the Northwest forest and the main occupying orcish forces held off elves for freakin ever (alliance of need) --------- Yes, technically an...

That's kind of the kicker, orcs have all the advantage above ground. The drow would be at a /crippling/ disadvantage if they tried to put the orcs into submission by force. But i agree with you, drow mentality would mean they'd need to be top dog...I don't think the orcs would have too big of a prob...

I agree with Ooma As a general rule, inherently evil races don't get along unless they're forced too...from what I've read, this typically involves an immensely powerful evil entity that unites them (by conquest or threat of conquest). The trick to getting evil races to get along, is providing the i...

I use the term long ear all the time because it sounds phonetically better, imo, than the alternatives. While they may not have big floppy donkey ears, like in wow - they do have elongated ears...and since that is typically their defining feature to a human, that's what my PC's focus on. Pointy ears...

I agree with Lukon. As far as I've seen there is nothing saying paladins practice celibacy as a class requirement or feature. The way I understand it, is that the practice is a choice to demonstrate how devote one is - that some of the more devout individuals and orders put an emphasis on. When you ...

Nearly every chaotic inclined religion in faerun is darn near impossible to figure out any sense of leadership or cooperation. At this faith level it's actually encouraged by the deities edicts to be free thinking, independent, self serving (alignment pending)...yadda yadda yadda But that's part of ...

I'm basing this off the assumption that a god grants favor based on an individuals actions to furthering the gods agenda and becoming closer through faith to that god. As players we're all capable of looking things up online about the god, or finding through guess and test what actions grant favor. ...
