Hidden Violets guild missing NO_ASTRAL flag

The Hidden Violets guild in Skullport is missing the NO_ASTRAL flag, allowing teleportation to Skullport.
Nylo, Fighter of Tempus
Anver, Transmuter of Garl
Malic, Cleric of Tyr
Luthir, Druid of Mielikki
