This is in reference to the last asterisked paragraph, being told a pet is too powerful. I didn't realize until I had gained a few levels and the ^ was removed from the Beer Gardens/Golden Horse Shoe a black and chestnut painted horse what that demarcation meant.

If you'd please add to that paragraph that some vendors use the ^ to indicate mounts that are too spirited to be handled by you at your current level or skill rank. (Whatever flag is used to check this.)
