Items from Waterdeep Newbie area

So, upon completing the Waterdeep new character bit, as a wizard, I received the 'kit' from the guy at the end. While I was logged in, everything was cloth. When I logged out, and back in again, the boots and sash were leather, instead of cloth, and started causing spell failure.

I confirmed this and changed the base object for those (because I cannot fix the hard code problem there). This will be updated pending a copyover to the game port.
