I made a drow and found two issues:
One: I am unable to select a starting weapon other than spear. Everyone other one wouldn't let me select or gave me this message: That is not an option. Please select again.
Two: I selected chaotic evil and it gave me this: Align: lawful evil

Confirmed.
On the testport, I can't select any weapon but quarterstaff. Selecting (A) LE or B (NE) both give correct align, but (C) CE is setting my test char to true neutral every time.

Tyeslan: please post or PM all steps that you took. e.g. race, sex, class, etc.
Did you keep the char? Need alignment or skill changes?

Fixed. Pending game update. I resolved the bugged character's situation.
