Unfinished NPC in Tantras Sewers?

Post by Ceir » Sun Nov 04, 2012 2:50 am

In the Tantras Sewers, there is "A ragged young woman". She doesn't respond to any attempts to ask her who she is, how she got there, if she's seen the innkeeper's missing boy (the quest that brought me down to her location), or anything like that. Looking at her, I get this description:

Her clothes are little more than rags, and her arms
seem to be covered in bruises. Her face is dirty but
for the marks left clean by recent tears.

A ragged young woman is in perfect health.
a ragged young woman is using:
<worn as armour> steel light mail

If her clothes are little more than rags, she probably shouldn't have steel light mail. Some context or scripting for who she is would be nice, since I'm really not sure how to react. ICly, I want to cast charm person, lead her to the inn, and get her a nice warm room. OOCly, I don't want to screw with a possible quest mob.

Also, her gender is set to male.
"poke woman"
"You poke him in the ribs."

No, this mobile was finished, but finished poorly in the olden days.

I corrected the mobile's sex and made its purpose in life a little clearer. I did not change the mail issue because that is just the default armor setting for all simple mobs and it really wasn't worth the effort to make her a unique mobile just for for the immersion's sake. Willing suspension of disbelief is necessary from time to time.
