Not sure if a bug or not but.....
I appreciate that drow are a fickle bunch but when fighting the ones in the rooms with Cavekkans if you initiate combat with the Cavekkans the Drow assists you and fights them also. This does actually work in reverse as well. Would probably make more sense if they assisted each other?

I wouldn't call this a bug per se, but it's another instance of the old issue which caused merchant guards to help bandits sometimes. You and the drow have a closer alignment than you and the cavvekan.
